Gerald quickly and efficiently saved us when were recently stranded due to a flat tire at an overlook on the Skyline Drive in Shenandoah National Park. Great guy and fantastic service.

Josh rescued our broken down rental car from Big Meadows Lodge, located on Skyline Drive in Shenandoah National Park. He was amazing! He was clearly excellent at his job and getting our large vehicle loaded in the middle of a crowded parking lot. He arrived quickly on July 3rd, an afternoon before a large holiday that fell midweek. He was very kind and helped us triage next steps as he knew the area well and allowed us to develop a solid plan given we had limited cell signal, a family of 4, and it being 5p the night before a holiday without a vehicle to get home! Josh even offered his personal cell number, stating we could call him if all else failed and he would help us with next steps. Highly recommend this knowledgeable company!!

I recently moved to Virginia and bought a car and needed it towed from Harrisonburg to Shenandoah. I called around to a few local tow places and they either were rude, way to pricey or kept cancelling with no reason. I called J and C towing on short notice and not only was he free but he was very friendly and even came and picked me up in Shenandoah. He went out of his way in many different ways to help me. I would most defiantly have him tow for me again anytime, hes friendly, and has decent prices!!
